5 Minute Saint Patrick's DayTreats

Happy St Patrick's Day to everyone.  If Green Beer is your thing......Cheers to You. If not, you can make these easy and festive snacks in 5 minutes. I found these treats at the Longo's Grocery Store and thought how easy they would have been to make. A perfect thing to do on March Break with your little ones. Or bigger ones.  Even the teens will scoff these down.

First is the Chocolate Dipped Rice Krispie square.  Stick a skewer in a Rice Krispie square (yes you can even buy the squares ready made in the cookie aisle).  Dip it in melted chocolate.  Lay to cool on parchment paper and sprinkle with Green Bits while chocolate is still wet.  Tuck it into a Cello envelope if needed, or stand them un wrapped in a glass or vase.

This one is even easier.  Take 3 marshmallows and skewer them like a kabob. Dip in chocolate and add your bits.  Such a fun looking treat, these could be adapted for any occasion....add coloured sprinkles for a birthday, yellow for Easter........you get it.....

Have a great St. Paddy's Day.
